PIW - Catalyst Center Integration with ServiceNow
This webinar provides an overview of the Cisco Catalyst Center integration with ServiceNow. Focus of the webinar is to go through the integration architecture with step-by-step walkthrough of the configurations with a demo. We will go over the steps to configure Configuration Management database (CMDB) synchronization, Software Image management workflow and Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment. By using the Automation Events (Software Image Management) workflow in this integration, you can trigger a software image upgrade in Catalyst Center. This action will create a ticket in ServiceNow, which must be approved before Catalyst Center can proceed with the device upgrade.
